We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dedicated accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as supervising and supporting AP, AR, Payroll, and other functions within the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility of all aspects of the month-end process, ensuring timely completion of financial statements and reports.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, and build budgets and forecasts for operations teams.
- Work with other accountants to execute QuickBooks functions, facilitate transactions, and maintain inventory control.
- Oversee AP, work with inventory logistics, and provide guidance to accounting staff.
- Collaborate with sales and service operations teams to ensure smooth accounting transactions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, and work with CPA firms on tax tasks.
- Assist with ADP payroll processing and system implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college.
- 8+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibilities, including inventory control.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or ability to lead a small team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
