About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver nephrology care through various modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Conduct patient observations and monitor vital signs, as well as oversee a group of patients with the support of peritoneal care technicians (PCTs).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
