Objective


The primary focus is to enhance patient admissions and optimize quality metrics by effectively engaging with the market and offering essential information and support to potential patients and their families in selecting the appropriate nursing facility.


Key Responsibilities

Devotes a significant portion of time to increasing patient admissions.

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the facility's offerings, capabilities, and relationships with healthcare providers.

Actively participates in daily Kick-Off Meetings.

Conducts weekly discussions with the Administrator and department leaders regarding marketing strategies.

Engages regularly with nursing staff to review clinical service standards.

Assesses the facility's physical environment through weekly inspections and collaborates with the Administrator on findings.

Maintains an informed understanding of various payer sources and their implications for revenue generation.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned at any time, with or without prior notice.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related business discipline is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience targeting healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital staff, and case managers, is preferred.


Demonstrated success in generating referrals for medical products from healthcare target markets (physicians, hospitals, and case managers).

Evidence of an established local referral network to cultivate new referrals.

Exhibits a professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct, showcasing confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a commitment to success.

Must work well in a team environment and possess the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.

Experience with local community organizations is preferred.

Maintains a professional image through appearance, behavior, and communication.
