Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of physical therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for patients with disabilities, injuries, and diseases.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Manage clinical center metrics and hold therapists accountable for quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and patient safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience in an occupational healthcare setting.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
