Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Middleware Reliability Engineering (MWRE) Lead who is passionate about designing and managing high-performance, resilient systems. This pivotal role will focus on the development, implementation, and maintenance of our advanced middleware platform, ensuring optimal reliability, availability, and performance of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and motivate a skilled team of engineers to produce top-tier middleware solutions.
- Architect and execute a comprehensive middleware support and deployment strategy in cloud environments.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to promote innovation, teamwork, and swift delivery.
- Enhance reliability and performance through a profound understanding of middleware technologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading middleware engineering teams in complex, high-volume settings.
- In-depth technical knowledge of middleware technologies (e.g., Springboot, MKS, SQS, JBoss).
- Strong familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
