Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler Level 1 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of mechanical components, fabrication of cable and wire harnesses, and application of conductive and nonconductive coatings and plating to circuit boards and enclosures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical components using manual and powered hand tools, hardware identification, and installation
  • Fabricate and install cable and wire harnesses, including high-power and RF cables
  • Apply conductive and nonconductive coatings and plating to circuit boards and enclosures
  • Support the R&D department as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience necessary, training provided
  • Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, component datasheets, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Desirable Qualifications
  • Associate Degree from an accredited two-year college or university program in Electrical Technology or Electro-Mechanical Technology, or equivalent training in the Military
  • 1-3 years assembly experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and IPC J-STD-001 standards
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 Quality Management System
