The role of the Virtual Financial Advisor is pivotal within our Wealth Management division, tasked with delivering tailored financial strategies to a mass affluent audience. Operating from a Citizens corporate office, the Virtual Financial Advisor will engage with clients through virtual channels, including phone and video communications. The primary goal of this trusted advisor is to enhance client assets while retaining and attracting new customers by serving as their primary contact for investment inquiries. This position requires adherence to all Citizens Financial Group policies, as well as compliance with regulatory and legal standards. The Virtual Financial Advisor will provide exceptional service and sales solutions in a virtual format to address clients' financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Actively seek opportunities to nurture and expand client relationships.

- Professional Growth: Engage in opportunities to enhance knowledge, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of active Series 7 and 63 licenses, along with life insurance credentials.
- Proven history of high-ranking sales performance.
- Experience and comfort with virtual and phone-based client service and sales, preferably in financial or investment products.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to evolving requirements or environments.
- Weekly Hours: 40
