Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely communication with supervisors regarding potential issues or customer inquiries.
- Efficiently review and respond to management and client requests through various communication channels.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
