Job Opportunity

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes or community settings within Essex County, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language therapy needs
  • Develop and implement personalized plans of action in collaboration with physicians
  • Document client progress and update care plans accordingly
  • Identify counseling needs and plan effective teaching strategies
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services provided
  • Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies
  • Meet organizational standards for absenteeism and appearance

Requirements:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication skills
  • Valid NJ driver's license
