Maintain active communication with customers and suppliers, engaging in supplier development through site evaluations and visits.
Corrective Actions
Collaborate with vendors and clients to address inspection concerns, propose corrective actions, and compile detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
Inspection Duties
Conduct regular inspections of products to uphold quality standards by enforcing established quality assurance protocols.
Production Oversight
Manage the processes related to PPAPs, calibration, and control plans.
Adaptability
Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline is essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing quality role is preferred. ASQ Certification as a Quality Engineer is advantageous.
Manufacturing Expertise: Familiarity with inspection and quality measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges, is required.
