We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Modeling and Simulation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program's development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the Modeling and Simulation Program, including curriculum development, instructor training, and program evaluation.
- Manage the program's budget, ensuring that all expenses are in line with the approved budget and that the program is financially sustainable.
- Collaborate with external partners, including industry leaders and academic institutions, to promote the program and secure funding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Ensure that the program is aligned with the college's strategic goals and objectives.
- Master's degree in Modeling and Simulation or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
