Position Overview:
The Leave Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of Leaves of Absence and disability claims for both Management Represented and Union employees across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the entire leave process is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide timely updates to employees and managers regarding their leave status.
- Collaborate closely with Medical and EEOC representatives when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive case records and ensure compliance with Federal FMLA, HIPAA, and various State sick pay laws.
- Communicate effectively with relevant parties, including Managers, Employees, and HR teams.
- Manage return-to-work processes and ADA accommodations as required.

Qualifications:
- A BS/BA Degree is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in leave management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian HR compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Leave of Absence administration, and Disability Case Management is essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
