About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our global customer solutions team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Channel Management: Develop and implement effective customer channel strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Case Management: Provide timely and professional case management services to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Customer Onboarding and Relationship Management: Lead the onboarding process for new customers and build strong relationships to drive long-term loyalty and growth.
  • Contract and Dispute Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract and dispute issues in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using technology to drive customer engagement and process improvements.
