Lean Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Lean Transformation Specialist will be responsible for driving and sustaining a strong Lean culture, tools, and metrics at the Florham Park facility. This role will partner with functional and project teams to deliver understanding and execution of Lean Methodology throughout all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and sustain a Lean Transformation within the Florham Park facility
  • Operate as the business Lean expert, championing all Mirion Business System related functions
  • Teach, promote, and practice lean principles and tools
  • Establish and maintain lean standards for visual management, 5S, daily management, etc. through the front line of the organization
  • Champion Kaizen Events that impact product flow, production to TAKT, and inventory turns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of successful lean implementation experience with proven record of sustainable results
  • Experience with Lean Transformation, Lean Implementation and Change Management
  • Six Sigma Green Belt required. Black Belt preferred
