Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing existing commercial relationships and soliciting new business opportunities with assigned customers and targeted prospects. As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and targeted prospects, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services.
  • Credit Analysis: Critically review and analyze portfolio to reduce risk and enhance profitability, facilitating credit requests and ensuring adequate loan documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Facilitate the resolution of customer problems, engaging product experts as needed.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts and promote a positive image for the bank.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of commercial banking experience required.
  • Skills: Strong time management skills, goal-oriented with strong sales skills, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, basic credit analysis skills, persuasive and negotiation skills, motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
