Job Summary

The Regional Relationship Banker position at Union Bank is a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving financial growth. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing by providing best-in-class service and consultative sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand and deepen Union Bank's relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including financial literacy presentations, business sales calls, and community events.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to set appointments for periodic financial reviews and identify current and future financial needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals, as set by management, and work to deepen both new and existing customer relationships through cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a back-up for the Treasury Management Officer for TM customer account opening and maintenance requests.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication between co-workers and customers.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and ability to follow directions and be attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to retain confidential information and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proven outbound sales success and 5+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 3+ years of banking experience strongly preferred.
