Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior CNS Territory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fully integrated account plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving demand creation through comprehensive clinical knowledge and sales strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience within a specialty product sales force, prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas in both primary care and specialty settings, documented successful sales performance, ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans, and previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions) would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires up to 30% - 40% domestic travel to meet/interact with customer base and internal personnel within assigned territory and attend internal/external conferences and meetings spanning locations within the United States.
