We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial projects in excess of $50M. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of these projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Scheduling & Sequencing: Utilize software such as Asta, P6, and MS Project to create and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient sequencing of activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment by working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and junior staff. Mentor and coach less experienced team members to help them grow within the company.
  • Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and engineers through regular progress meetings and proactive issue resolution.
  • Problem Solving: Employ a solutions-oriented mindset to tackle issues that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining project momentum.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects exceeding $50M.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Skills：
    • Expert-level scheduling and sequencing skills (Asta, P6, MS Project).
    • Strong understanding of multi-layer building enclosures, MEP systems, and interiors.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
    • A team-oriented mindset, with a passion for mentoring younger staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, contingent on experience. Additionally, you can expect a monthly car allowance, excellent health benefits, and a 401k plan with company match.
