We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Clerk to join our team at Security Industry Specialists, Inc. (SIS). As an LMS Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting the learning management team by assisting with the processing, reviewing, and uploading of course content.

Job Summary:

The LMS Clerk will be responsible for creating training documents and presentations, reviewing and copy-editing course content, and maintaining files, including organizing historical content. This position will also involve learning management system (Absorb) administration, including uploading, organizing, and maintaining training content within the LMS, providing support to users, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create training documents and presentations

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two plus years clerical experience in a general office setting or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software, including word processing, data analysis, presentation, email, and calendaring programs
  • Experience with Customer Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems, such as SalesForce and Absorb
  • Dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
