Xfinity Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to individual customers. This includes video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading media and technology company, where you will have the chance to develop your sales skills and knowledge of our products. You will work independently, creating and executing turf management plans, and utilizing advanced knowledge of our products and services to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Comcast's products and services, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
- Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs, making recommendations that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, establishing and organizing daily sales activities, generating business through established and approved methods of lead generation, and implementing effective sales closing techniques.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a residential canvassing environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management and technical capabilities, including computer knowledge, billing systems, and databases.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $69,000 per year, with a total target compensation of $94,500 per year. Our sales compensation programs provide opportunities for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Additionally, we offer best-in-class benefits to eligible employees, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
