Sales and Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Experience Expert to join our team as a Xfinity Field Sales Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for Comcast.
About the Role
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Xfinity Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Promotion: Utilize advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers, evaluate their existing and potential product needs, and make recommendations to increase customer understanding of Comcast's offerings.
- Turf Management: Create and execute turf management plans without assistance, utilizing experience-based sales techniques, and operate independently.
- Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate competent time management and organizational skills to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Technical Capability: Possess effective communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Physical Requirements: Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
What We Offer
- Total Target Compensation: $94,500 per year, consisting of base pay ($69,000) and targeted commission ($25,500)

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a residential canvassing environment
- Certifications (if applicable): Must meet the physical requirements of the job and obtain any necessary credentials and/or licenses
