Overview:
We are seeking a Controllership Manager specializing in ESG Processes and Controls. This role will be pivotal in establishing a robust governance framework for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the ESG governance framework, including reporting policies and internal control systems.
2. Collaborate with various departments to recommend and execute effective processes and controls, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of ESG reporting.
3. Report directly to the Senior Manager of Internal Controls and work closely with teams across sustainability, legal, corporate audit, and external reporting.
4. Establish a comprehensive governance structure for ESG and actively participate in a working group focused on ESG reporting and internal controls.
5. Support projects aimed at maintaining SOX compliance, ensuring a strong internal control environment, and validating the reliability of reporting data.
6. Utilize technology to stay updated on regulatory standards related to ESG and serve as a key contact for these updates.
7. Foster cross-functional relationships and provide guidance across all organizational levels.
8. Act as a liaison with third-party service providers, including consultants and external auditors.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a large enterprise or public accounting environment, focusing on governance, compliance, internal controls, or sustainability.

Essential Experience:
- Familiarity with SOX principles and the significance of internal controls.
- Knowledge of the COSO framework and business process controls.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including both internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in policy development, SOX control design, and establishing control environments.

Work Arrangement:
Telecommuting is permitted up to two times per week.
