About the Role:

  • Provide direct supervision, supportive counseling, social skill building, crisis intervention, and daily living skills to residents.
  • Develop healthy, therapeutic relationships with children and youth, shaping new behaviors and supporting learning through implementing customized behavior plans.
  • Communicate and document treatment progress, supporting the larger care team in proactive ways.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience from a combination of life skills, experience, and/or trainings.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, and adequate insurance coverage.
  • Good references, strong reliable work, and teamwork ethic.
