Patient Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Gifford Health Care in Berlin, VT. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care services under the supervision of a Physician.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Vital sign monitoring
  • Patient rooming and documentation
  • Administration of injections and EKGs
  • Support with procedures as needed

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong time management skills, initiative, and effective communication. Flexibility to float to other site practices may also be required.
