Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Washington County Mental Health Services. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need.
Job OverviewThis position is responsible for providing mental health support services to children and youth experiencing severe emotional/behavioral disturbances and their families. As a Case Manager, you will work closely with local DCF office, schools, and other providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans of care, which provide for the delivery of services and interventions to identified youth and families.
- Participate in and facilitate ongoing treatment team meetings, participation in DCF Case Plan Reviews, and participation in educational meetings.
- Assist in coordinating services and developing natural supports for children and youth within their communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
- Two years of human service delivery with children and families preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.
