Guarantee Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:
The Pediatric Healthcare Support Specialist will work primarily in a Pediatrics setting within a Family Medicine practice. The specialist will support physicians by performing clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in rooming patients, taking vital signs, and preparing patients for routine procedures such as immunizations and health screenings.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver effective patient care.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.

Licensure Requirement for the Pediatric Healthcare Support Specialist Position:
Certification as a Medical Assistant.

Basic Life SupportRequired Skills and Traits:
Experience in pediatrics and ambulatory care settings.
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Flexibility and willingness to work with others as part of a team.
