Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed starting salary of $438,000, with the potential to earn up to $569,900 annually. Our compensation structure includes a salary plus annual incentives, which may include benefits adjustments, supplemented CME, cell phone allowances, pension plans, and incentivized clinical income. We also offer up to 40,000 annually for incentivized clinical income, unused sick days paid out, end-of-year productivity bonuses, and additional pay for call.

Time Off and Benefits

We provide 29 days of PTO and 14 days of CME, as well as a comprehensive full benefits package, including a retirement plan with a 10% employer contribution and vested rights immediately. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

We are seeking an Anesthesiology physician to join our team at an Academic Teaching Hospital. As a member of our team, you will work with residents, 8 fellow-trained anesthesiologists, 15 CRNAs, and 33 residents. You will have the opportunity to work with a full spectrum of case-mix and enjoy a pre and post-call day off with a 1:6 call rotation.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an Anesthesiology physician who is board-certified and has a strong commitment to patient care. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply. We value a team-oriented approach and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
