The University of Rochester's Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine invites applications for a faculty position in anesthesiology at the Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor level.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care to patients
- Clinically and didactically teach residents
- Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)
- Develop and lead independent and collaborative research projects, as well as innovative education models
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York State Medical License and DEA
The salary range for this position is $317,419 - $504,240 annually. Individual salaries will be determined within this range, considering factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
