We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
Process payables and cash applications
Scan documents and process payments for expense vendors
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Provide administrative support to our team
Requirements
Prior office and bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
