Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate

Fortuna BMC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring all quality assurance activities are executed efficiently to meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.
- Provide critical information for audits, and analyze data and documentation.
- Ensure all required documentation meets security compliance and audit control standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, spreadsheets, and data analytics.
- Perform and document monthly reviews of associates' access (both data and physical) and ensure adherence to additional security requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to identify the interface of key activities within and between different organizational functions.
- Monitor and ensure completion of all corporate-directed training within targeted timelines.
- Meet performance targets for other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume digital print mail facility.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
