Job Description

Abercrombie & Fitch Stores is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for driving business growth through leadership and ensuring a differentiated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to store associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example and ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, resulting in increased customer loyalty and retention.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store associates, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure that sales floors are well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain effective asset protection strategies to prevent loss and ensure the security of store assets.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure that all store associates are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Assertiveness: Confident and assertive communication style to effectively lead and motivate store associates.
  • Applied Learning: Ability to apply learning to real-world situations and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
