Transaction Processing Specialist

At Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transaction Processing Associate II. This role is responsible for performing tasks such as processing healthcare documents, checks, and printing transaction statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process healthcare documents, checks, and print transaction statements
- Work with scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client SLAs
- Operate Xerox fleet of printers, including Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, and Trivor ink jet equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks to identify and report malfunctioning issues
- Document and communicate all issues to leads and/or manager
- Understand support staff job responsibilities to obtain required support
- Monitor equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure they are operating correctly
- Understand and follow instructions and SOPs
- Complete all required documentation
- Review all materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Address troubleshooting issues to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be detail-oriented

The estimated salary range for this role is $18 and up per hour.
