Administrative Fellowship Program in Norton Medical Group

Norton Healthcare invites you to apply for our Administrative Fellowship Program within Norton Medical Group. This two-year program is designed for postgraduate students looking to explore meaningful careers in practice administration.
The program provides a comprehensive training experience, including high-level rotations in various departments, exposure to executive leadership, and opportunities for professional and leadership development. Fellows will gain a deep understanding of how a large, complex medical group operates and develop leadership experience through projects and interim leadership roles.

- Completion of high-level rotations in areas spanning the Norton Healthcare system
- Networking opportunities to develop professional relationships with senior leaders in your area of interest
- Leadership experience through projects and interim leadership roles
The Administrative Fellowship Program is designed to provide a comprehensive training experience. The program includes:
- Year 1: Exposure to the executive leadership team, including the chief administrative officer and system vice presidents, and completion of 27 different rotations across various departments
- Year 2: Immersion experiences in which Fellows select areas of interest and contribute through projects and interim leadership roles
To be considered for the Administrative Fellowship Program, you must have:
- One year of experience in a business setting
- A Master's degree
