Norton Medical Group, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking two board-certified, experienced general surgeons to join its growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will work at Norton Audubon Hospital, a 432-bed acute-care hospital specializing in cardiac, surgical, pulmonary, orthopedic, vascular, urologic, emergency, and diagnostic care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of clinicians through participation in multidisciplinary clinics and tumor boards. Additionally, they will have access to on-site technology, such as the da Vinci Xi, and will be eligible for a protected base salary plus wRVU production bonus.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a general surgeon
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinics and tumor boards to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through leadership and mentorship
- Medical degree/diploma
- Residency/fellowship certification
- Kentucky medical license or license eligible
