Insurance Sales Specialist

Alyson Bradford - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on insurance options, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Passionate about marketing products and services based on customer needs.
