About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intake Call Specialist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming intake calls and provide accurate and timely information to patients and families.
  • Complete admission paperwork and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with hospital units, business office, medical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a behavioral health setting or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
