Home Run Inn Pizza is seeking a skilled Production Quality Control Specialist to join our team at our Woodridge, IL manufacturing plant. In this critical role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Production Quality Control Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of ingredients, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.
  • Equipment Calibration: Verify the calibration of equipment according to company quality procedures to guarantee accurate results.
  • Record Maintenance: Review and maintain manufacturing records to track quality control processes.

You will also be responsible for communicating quality or compliance concerns with urgency and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should have an associate's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or quality control. You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, you should be proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools and able to analyze data effectively.
