Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products according to company standards.
  • Support company safety standards by reporting any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including training and special projects.
Requirements
  • Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally, as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time.
  • Ability to use computers, calculators, and communication systems required to perform the job functions.

  • Maintain good communications with the management team and all other associates.
