* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
* Ensure accurate and efficient stocking, culling, and rotation of produce
* Prepare and package produce according to established standards and quality goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
* Collaborate with the produce team to achieve productivity standards and support department strategy
