Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 prior years of kitchen management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of organic produce, fresh pastas, wood-burning dishes, and rustic Italian cuisine
