**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance, addressing resident issues and service requests within 24 hours, and ensuring operations records and documentation are maintained accurately.

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and ensure resident issues and service requests are addressed within 24 hours.
  • Responsible for cleaning duties, including litter pick-up, sweeping, snow shoveling, and other duties as assigned.
  • Accompany vendors and contractors while work is being completed and report progress to the management office team.
  • Familiarization with emergency operation of electrical, elevator, boiler, fire panel, and safety systems.
  • Ensure operations records, files, and documentation are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Put into practice occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Emergency response and on-call duty after business hours is required.

**Requirements**

  • Completion of high school required.
  • Related hands-on experience with building operations/maintenance with a strong service ethic commitment.
  • Thorough knowledge of all maintenance systems (pumps, emergency generators, HVAC, boilers, chillers, etc.).
  • Availability for on-call duties, move-in/move-outs, and flexibility in hours.
  • Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment.
