- Manage and oversee on-site signage as required (e.g., home site markers, inventory displays, open house indicators).
- A minimum of 1 year of proven high sales performance in new or existing home sales or related fields.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated expertise in product presentations, sales methodologies, and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various styles while maintaining a positive company image.
- A valid driver's license and insurance are necessary for business-related travel.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Brix and other business software is preferred.
- Work is conducted in a standard sales office setting utilizing typical office equipment. The role is generally active, requiring travel to various locations for sales activities, along with walking and standing.
- A fast-paced atmosphere subject to frequent schedule adjustments and urgent tasks.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
- Work hours may vary and include weekends.
