About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide support and resources, respond to issues, and facilitate patient transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and resource information to patients and their families.
  2. Respond to issues identified by patients and their families.
  3. Facilitate patient transfers within the nursing center.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree in human services with a minimum of two years' experience in long-term care.
  • Certification required by state regulations.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
