Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director/Sr. Director, Pharmacy Strategy Planning and Development. This role will play a key part in driving business strategy and growth for our pharmacy business, working closely with our executive leadership team, state sector leaders, and account general managers.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the pharmacy sector.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop business cases for new investments.
  • Collaborate with external clients, vendors, and business partners to drive business development and growth.
  • Lead industry relations and partnerships to support GainwellRx, our solution and business platform for prescription drug related business processes and member experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state sector leaders, account general managers, and industry vendors/partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive leadership team on pharmacy growth strategies, opportunity pipeline, projections, state strategies, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or significant related experience.
  • 10+ years of pharmacy related experience.
  • Key skillsets tied to strategic planning, communication, and financial analysis.
  • Experience interacting with clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership of teams and projects spanning people, process, and technology.
  • Excellent communications skills, with ability to communicate externally and with senior executives.
