Job Title: Inventory Control Samples Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Samples Coordinator to join our team at Northern Haserot. As a key member of our purchasing and sales departments, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the selection and shipment of select items for customer demos and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull and prepare sample orders on designated days, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Organize, document, and tag equipment and supply returns, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Physically identify and generate daily order out lists, ensuring seamless communication with the purchasing department.
  • Collaborate with department managers to coordinate order pulling for food shows and other events.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Verify product code dates for proper inventory rotation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Perform data entry to correct system inventory, maintaining accurate records.
  • Work cross-departmentally to update information and communicate product availability and inventory replenishment.
  • Conduct cycle counts and perform proper count corrections in both Unix and WMS systems.
  • Physically check inventory for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Conduct audits of inventory and targeted areas of the operation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Validate inventory in detail, communicating accurately with the purchasing department.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter, with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, methods, and procedures, as well as inventory control principles, is essential.
