We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns about our products and services.
- Facilitate patient purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
- Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail and customer service a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
