  • Provide exceptional customer service to children, members, and guests, exceeding expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct oneself as a positive role model for children, providing direction and mentoring in activities, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Ensure the safety and security of children in care, attending to their needs in a nurturing way and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a fun and engaging experience for children, including play care activities and supervision.
  • Meet the requirements for childcare professionals, including prior experience, education, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supervising infants, toddlers, and youth.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, optimistic, and outgoing personality.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school education in progress or completed; or GED.
  • CPR certification highly preferred.
  • Some training or education in childcare desirable.
  • Patient, compassionate, and fun-loving.
  • Computer proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Stable work or school history.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
