Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Lamar. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cash Handling: Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
