Position Overview

VP Management is in search of a dedicated Guest Services Representative for our hotel operations. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to our patrons and ensuring the front desk functions seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. This position operates independently and offers biweekly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and deliver exceptional service, ensuring their needs are fulfilled during their stay
  • Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Process financial transactions and maintain precise records
  • Respond to incoming calls, assisting guests with their inquiries
  • Address guest complaints and devise solutions to resolve issues
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and organized
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for guests
  • Monitor room availability and manage future reservations
  • Promote hotel amenities and special offers to guests
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
  • Maintain a professional and amiable demeanor at all times
