Qualifications :
- 2 years of customer service experience

Job responsibilities:
We will provide resources and hands-on training to prepare you for success. You will be responsible for all while maintaining an upbeat attitude:
- Daily computer work with our kennel software Gingr
- Personally, resolve customer issues; updating staff as to resolution outcomes
- Creating daycare and lodging reservations and scheduling dog assessments
- Solving any issues occurring on shift such as (but not limited to) a pet that is out of food, not eating, playgroup behavior concerns, follow up on administering medications in a timely manner and contingency planning handled at time of occurrence
- Up-sell a range of our awesome services (training, puppy social, grooming)
- Answering regular phone calls and emails inquiring about our company
- Retaining pet notes and ensuring key information is communicated to Pet Parents appropriately and in a timely manner
- Supervising and maintaining order in a large group of loud and active dogs
- General facility sanitation
- Knowing each dog’s placement and escorting dogs to the indoor and outdoor areas
- Taking a genuine interest and learning all dog names and personalities
- Meal and medication prep
- Serve meals and administering medications
- Remove dog waste
- Maintain a clean work space
